Terms of service
The service
Tooduu is an email-based assistant: you email jobs, briefs and notes to todo@tooduu.com, and Tooduu logs them, replies, sends you roundups, and keeps a dashboard in sync at app.tooduu.com. It uses AI to read what you send — it's good, but like any assistant it can occasionally misread something, so the original email is always kept against each job for you to check.
Your account
- Your account is tied to the email address you sign up with. Keep control of that inbox — it's how Tooduu knows it's you.
- One account per person. You must be 18 or over.
Pricing and trial
- £10 per month, billed via Stripe.
- Your first week is free, with no card required to start.
- Cancel any time — email Tooduu “cancel my subscription” and it's done. No retention flows, no phone calls.
Fair use
Don't use Tooduu to send spam, store unlawful material, or probe the service for weaknesses. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
Everything you send Tooduu stays yours. We only process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Liability
Tooduu is an organisational aid, not a professional adviser. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can't accept liability for missed deadlines, lost profits or decisions made on the basis of Tooduu's summaries. Our total liability is capped at the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we'll email you before the change takes effect. Carrying on using Tooduu after that means you accept the new terms.
